Custom Physical Artwork

If you are ever unsatisfied with the quality of a commissioned or purchased art piece, we are determined to make it right with you. Do not hesitate to contact us about any issue that may have occurred while the art was in our hands or while during the shipping process. We will work with you to make sure your purchase reaches the standards of utmost satisfaction.

Due to the nature of this product being customized, please allow for some time to process your request and finish the product. This purchase could be initially delayed from shipment anywhere between 3-6 days. Once shipped this product will take anywhere from 5-10 days to reach you. We will send you an email with a tracking number after the item has been shipped. 

Once you send us the general idea you have in mind, we will send you a few options for the look of your final product. You many choose from those or give us some more insight to pinpoint the look of your piece of artwork.

All three of our artist's teams come together to work on these custom orders depending on your request. Riley Jonas completes landscape paintings with Jessi Whitin if you request an abstract landscape painting. Hence, Casey Smithe will work with Jessi Whitin if you request an abstract portrait.
